  2. Be thankful IN all things (not just FOR all things), even in the bad times (figure out the silver lining)
  3. Gratefulness is what makes us happy, not the reverse.

  16. Don’t believe everything you think. We jump to conclusions, miss the big picture, assume, and see only one perspective. Remember this to avoid unnecessary problems.
